MCDC Micro-Loan & Business Support
Program
Do you have a dream of starting
your own business? You do not have to be a millionaire, or have perfect
credit to make your dream a reality. The Midland Community Development
Corporation can help.
The Midland Community Development Corporation (MCDC)
is a federally certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI)
that provides loans to small business owners who may not qualify for traditional
bank loans, along with application stage and post-disbursement training
and support.
MCDC established the Revolving Loan Fund to help small business owners
put their ideas in motion. The purpose of the MCDC Revolving Loan Fund
is to finance growth and expansion of micro-businesses, and to support
small business ventures that will create employment opportunities in the
low-and moderate-income areas of Midland, which will result in more economic
development and diversification of the economy, as well as neighborhood
revitalization.
